Company History

It all started with the passion of providing good and healthy Vietnamese inspired cuisine to our customers, the first PhoSam Vietnamese Noodle house was established in 2006. 

Our Founder/Chairman and Master Chef Mr. Sam Tsui has been in the catering industry for over 30 years. He has a solid foundation on both Vietnamese Chinese and Modern Australian style cuisines. The talented Mr Sam Tsui has a born sensitive taste bud on good food and drink which got him a good understanding on what  our customers would like to eat. His wealthy experience on various department/position of restaurants make him a very good Chef and restaurant owner. This is the basis of setting up a popular restaurant and he got it.

The First Epping PhoSam Vietnamese Noodle House has proven to a  great success soon after the shop open on 2006. In a very short period of time the original Epping shop simply cannot meet the huge popularity and has been relocated to the new address on 12 Oxford street with a few times larger dining room and kitchen. 

By introducing new working partners to the company on a few key development area in 2015, PhoSam has now moving another step forward to become a brand name of chain store style restaurant. We are going to establish up to 3 more PhoSam Vietnamese restaurant around Sydney in this year and will continuou to expand the coming years on.

From the leading role of Mrs Stella Tsui, CEO PhoSam Pty, the company’s food production and transportation process are streamlined to food factory style with Mr. Sam Tsui as the quality gate keeper. Various key area of the company such as Staff training, Customer service, Development and Technology has also been upgraded to meet the new challenge of next generation  PhoSam Vietnamese Noodle House.

By looking at all these years, the trend of Australian people moving from general acceptance of Vietnamese Style cuisine to growing popularity among mainstream communities, has mark the bright future of PhoSam Vietnamese Noodle House Group. This is also benefit to our business partners.

Mission Statement 

PhoSam Vietnamese Noodle House is one of the most popular restaurant in Epping since 2006. By introducing new working partners on Development and Technology area in late 2015, we are moving forward to become a brand name of restaurant chain. With the opening of Lane Cove shop late 2016, the fast growing popularity of the new shop has proven that our business model is successful. We are now ready to move on to the next new step down the path. Next shop is on its way in Sydney while we are also looking into business partners who is interested in vietnamese food catering where we can make use  of our expertiese to provide them a easy start up.
